At I AM DELILAH, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all I AM DELILAH designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
